PRODUCTION PRECESS

During the production of abrsives, there are two important elements, tempreture and humidity. As DOME located in Changzhou City, the local weather conditions are not good for abrasives production, in this case, DOME invested heavily in factory condition, built a constant tempreture and constant humidity workshop. Therefor, DOME can control the products quality very well and keep a stability always.

TESTING 

Cut-off wheels for use in foundries

Cast iron, cast iron with flake graphite, cast iron with nodular graphite/nodular cast iron and similar materials are predominantly used in foundries. The removal of risers and sprues places the most stringent requirements on cut-off wheels.

In addition to high cutting characteristics and long tool life, maximum breakage resistanc is a primary requirement.
