Function: 

Sand blasting tank is the core part of sand blasting system. Its performance directly affects whether the sand blasting system is normal, efficient. The working principle of the sand blasting tank is pressure type: The tank can work with multiple abrasive control valve at the same time, while high speed spray gun work.It has a high degree of automation and high working efficiency.

Using Process:

After the gas switch let it go, 4 a (air control valve) automatically shut down the air into the sand tank, while the red line is inflatable to the bottom;The piston in 3 (flow control valve) will open. When shut down the sand valve, the sand will stop.

4 a (air control valve) closed valve inlet, so the air of air compressor will be to 5(automatic exhaust value) through red line on the 4 b. 5 will automatically discharge air in cylinder and ensure safety.
