UV disinfection equipment principle

Effective UV germicidal wavelength range can be divided into four different bands: UVA (400~315nm), UVB (315~280nm) UVC (280~200nm) and vacuum ultraviolet light (200~100nm).

UV disinfection is the use of an appropriate wavelength ultraviolet light can damage the live body’s cells microbial DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) or RNA (ribonucleic acid) of molecular structure, cause the growing cell death and (or) regenerative cell death ,to achieve the effect of sterilization .UV disinfection technology is based on modern medicine or epidemic prevention and photodynamic, using the special desin high effective and strong and long life UVC band ultraviolet light exposure into the water and directly kill all kinds of bacteria ,viruses, parasites, algae and other pathogens, to achieve the purpose of disinfection.

This device taking a special high-strength non-ozone UV germicidal lamp and it's inner wall using a special treatment of the micro carbon austenitic stainless steel.  

Outside of the tube with a special polishing process, the water flowing through the tube is irradiated with a sufficient amount of 253.7nm ultraviolet line , so It has good bactericidal effect, but also effectively reduce the impact of ultra-pure water.
