we are a member of China Plastics Packaging Federation. Our company has 11 sets of advanced extruding machine, 200 sets of loom machine, 5 sets of coating machine, 2 sets of back seam machine, 10 sets of various printing machine, 2 sets of color printing machine, 600 sets of sewing machine, 9 sets of plastic film blasting machine. Annual capacity for all kinds of packaging film used in industry is 10,000 Tone, top grade EVA and PE film more than 5000Tone.

 

Our main products is FIBC.

It is generally loading weight ranges from 500 to 2000Kg with safety S.F from 3:1 to 6:1. they have light, soft, but strength high, acid and alkali - resistant, moisture-resistant, Anti-aging and leaking convenient and practical features. They can be widely used in mineral, chemical, food, starch, feed, cement, coal, powdered or granular materials packaging, also can pack dangerous products for Group II,III.

 

FIBC contains:

 

Type	Features
standard FIBC:	U panel/circular,coated/uncoated,easy making,widely used.
Baffled FIBC:	such bags can prevent BULGING deformation phenomena after loaded and beneficial for transportation.
Sift-proof FIBC:	in assembly of this type of bags, they are sewn with leak-proof materials. mainly used for powdered products, preventing leakage from the seam.
Vented FIBC:	technically making longitude weaving less than normal weaving so that they have characters of ventilation of humidity and prevent mildew of goods.
Food Grade FIBC:	we purchase raw material which absolutely comply with the food safety and hygiene requirements. We have an improved quality and safety control system and these bags meet the requirements of packaging food products.
Danger-goods packaging FIBC:	we have production licenses for packaging dangerous goods and they can fully meet requirement of packaging dangerous goods.
anti-static FIBC	The static on the body fabric can be released by connecting with the ground or other methods, avoiding the danger of dust accumulation or explode caused by static discharge.

 

 

All FIBC we mentioned above, filling option can be designed with open top, duffel top and filling spout . discharge option can be designed to be plain bottom or with discharge spout,PE form-fit liner is available.
