Main Process Introduction

 

Our products include die casting zinc and aluminum alloy parts,  die stamping,  laser cutting , CNC machined stainless steel and  aluminum parts. We can do complete production processing in-house  
such as Die casting (Zinc and Aluminium alloy), Die stamping (stainless steel, steel), Laser cutting(Steel, Stainless steel),  CNC machined(stainless steel, steel, aluminium alloy), chemical  etching, sandblast etching,printing (pad printing, silkscreen  printing, roller printing),  cutting, bending, welding, polishing,  
wet painting and powder coating etc., (Remarks:metal  electroplating and anodizing are outside doing). Also, inside  includes Acrylic (Cutting, engraving, heat-bending, polishing,  gluing...), Wooden(Solid wood, MDF, Plywood, Bamboo etc), Glass,  Marble and Corian,  then final assembling.
