1. How soon can I get a price quote?

Once we know bottle weight cap material&weight,or glass bottle decration method, , printing requirements and quantity,or the item number from our website we can provide you with a price quote within 12 hours.

2.How long will it take to receive my products? 

For our mould items , it will take around 5 weeks for us to produce your products. For customers designed bottle , production will be a little longer because of the new mould time If we have stocks bottles,we can ship immediately as you wish.

3. Can I have a custom designed or mould bottle sample? 

We are a custom factory.  We design and open new mould up to the individual customer's needs. 

4. Is there a minimum order requirement? 

 Our minium order quantity is 10,000 pcs for each item of our available mould bottle ,for customers designed bottle , minimum order quantity is 20,000 pcs. If we have the stock bottles as you like , we can offer you for choose on any quantity .

5. Can I get a sample? 

Yes, on some stock items,we can send immediately.Af for shipping charge,if you are new customer for our company,only provide us fedex,dhl or tnt or ups account number for freight collect.If You are our old customer,we can send free samples exclude the certain items.If you want special decoration or printing at package bottles,we can fast making samples in 7days based on reasonable sample charges.

6. What are your office hours? 

You can reach us between the hours of 8:00 A. M. and 6:00 P. M. GTM+8, Monday thru Saturday , except chinese nationalhoildays.
