Yes, we do not only supply wholesale order, but also small order for retailers. 

4. What’s the payment?

We accept bank transfer, Paypal, West Union, Escrow payment; TT & L/C, or others method. 

5. What is lead time?

For the common and regular products, 3-7 days for sample order. 12-30 days for mass order.

For the customized products, 12~30 days.

6. What is your LED chip?

Our LED chips is Epistar brand, or others brand as your requirement.

7. How is your product’s color temperature?

Color temperature is 2500K-7500K, it can be warm white/ Pure white/ cool white.

8. What kind of LED light base are offered?

E12, E14, E26, E27, B22, MR16, GU10, GU5.3, etc.

9. What is your company return policy?

Refund or exchange is promised for defects not damaged by users. You can take photos or video to us for approval first, then give you a new one during next order.
