1. Q: can you open the 3D drawing?

A:Yes, we can open the all drawing, we use solidworks 2014.

2. Q: what about payment?

A:  Our payment is 50% in advance, 50% before the shipping.

3. Q: What’s the lead time?

A: Normally, it takes around 30 days.

4. Q: Can you make as per custom drawing?

A: Yes, we can do that.

5. Q: If I don’t have drawing, what can you do for me?

A: If you don’t have drawing, but have the sample part, you may send us. We will check if we can make it or not.
