Product process 

    1.With over 10 working procedures from planer blade materials to products and national sampling inspection rate at each step, the quality will be strictly controlled.

    2. The hardness and tolerance will be promised by special heat treat technology.

    3. Germany and USA imported quality supervising equiments, such as Rockwell hardness tester, Metallograph etc.

    4. Products can be tracked by the product process card(Per as ISO9001:2008 requirement).
