Product Details:

 

For Usage:With the excellent anti-leakage and anti-breakage capacity, it has been widely used in solid powder product packaging like rice, grain, soybean, coffee bean, wheat and other kinds of solid product.

 

For Size reference:

Flat bag: 2kg(24*36cm), 5kg(30x47cm), 10kg(35x58cm),

               15kg(40x63cm), 25kg(45x75cm), 50kg(55x96cm), etc..

     Other style packaging bag is also available, including the Stand up pouch, Side gusset pouch, middle sealed side gusset pouch, four side sealed gusset pouch, etc..

 

For Material reference:

Safety food material, and laminated with Aluminum or Metalize PET, it is with

 

excellent barrier capacities, including moisture, air, and light. PE as inner layer

 

is for heat sealed. If it is necessary, to be laminated with NY/PE, it can be anti-

 

puncture and pressure resistance.

 

For material structure:

For unprinted bag: NY/PE or NY/CPP and etc..

For printed bag: PET/NY/PE or OPP/NY/PE or PET/NY/CPP or OPP/NY/CPP and etc..

 

For material thickness: From 120 microns to 180 microns (1.95 mil ---7.02 mil)

 

For printing reference:Vivid gravure printing up to 9 colors, good luster

 

appearance, Glossy and matte appearance can be mixed

 

printed together!

MOQ:Generally 20.000 PCS, based on the bag size and shape

 

Packaging: Usually packaged by cartons, 2000 pcs/per carton. The carton size is 57*39*22 cm. The weight of 2000 pcs is about 23 kg. Products can be packed as client's requirements.

 

Delivery Term:10-15 days for plain bags; 20-25 days for printed bags.

 

Payment Term:T/T Payment, 30% amount and plates cost prepaid, balance before we send telex release B/L.

 

Shipment Term:FOB Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Shunde, CIF as client's requirement.
