A---------Features:

1. Filter housing is made of pure PP. (filter housing can be made of PVC , CPVC or PVDF.)
 it's one piece injected without welding of the boday. And it can resist high temperature around, high pressure, acid and alkali.

2. We use the leak-proof Seal-less Magnetic pump(MD, MDH, MX Series), it can totally avoid the problems of dry running leakage and environment pollution.

3. The material of the pump is PVDF or FRPP. 

4. The material of O-ring is VITON or EPT. Inlet and Outlet of PVC or PP screw joint or hard pipe or nipple.

5. Operation Simplification :

  a. Put water into liquor tank, Inlet and outlet no need for shut down.

  b. While water full of liquor tank. starting up then close down. and put water into liquor tank again. Repetitive operation 3 times.

  c. You can starting up at any time if you keep the inlet to be vacuum.

6. There is no ball valve between pump outlet and filter cartridge. There is no need to concern about liquid crystallize issues.
