Micro Perforated Bag & Film 

Material: BOPP/ CPP

Usage: bakery & fruit & vegetables & flowers & sleeves

The best option for freshly baked artisan and crusty breads. Micro perforations throughout the bag allow air to penetrate the bag, keeping your bread crusty, while allowing moisture to escape, so the bread doesn’t get soggy. The moisture release bags are also a good option for fresh produce.

Perforation Way: hot needle micro perforation

Withstand Temperature: up to 130 degree C

Perforation Density: 9, 16, 30, 60, 90, 160, 250 holes per square inch. 30 hole/in² is designed for partially cooled baked goods or produce. These perforated bags limit the exchange of moisture and heat and are designed to keep baked goods and produce fresher, longer. 160 hole/in²  are designed for baked goods hot out of the oven. The frequent pattern of tiny holes  allow heat and moisture to disseminate rapidly, thereby allowing your product to cool while maintaining crustiness.
