The Production;:

The CD Welding Studs are made by Cold Forming / Truning/Lathing Technical.

1.For Flanged Studs, By Cold Forming Technical.(Making the Flange an the Welding Point )

2. For Non-Flanged Studs, Cold Forming 1st  making the "Weld Point" and "Flanges", then Turning/Lathing CNC to cut off the Flanges. Or use  directly Turning/Lathing  to make the Weld Point. and then Threaded.

The Process;        

1. Stud against the work plate

2. Stored energy discharged through special weld "timing" tip;  stud starts downward

3. Stud forced into molten metal

4. Metal solidifies; weld is completed in a split secon
