 1.Lift platform through type design, smoothly in and out for the car.

2.Platform use 80×160×6  rectangular pipe,channel steel welded together, covers with pattern plate , both sides of platform equipped with 30×30×2 square tube welded into height is 900mm fence. Column is made of thick 5mm bending forming ,driving beam consists of 250 x 150 x 8 rectangular tube, bearing capacity is big.

1,  It uses high quality chain, double chain improve insurance ,chain type is LH1288,safety factor is more than 7 times, safe and reliable.

2, Hydraulic system adopt high quality HefeiChangyuan gear oil pump and good quality control components ,which ensure the service life of hydraulic and stability.

4. Electrical part adopts  domestic CHINT’S components, and on the top ,bottom and platform have elevator control device.

5. Lifting hydraulic system is equipped with  hydraulic lock , it can safely self-locking if wherever stop, it does not slipping.

6. The lifting machine is equipped with the limit device, can automatic stop when rise to the maximum height.

 7. Lift up and down, synchronous operation, speed stability, without sound and vibration crawl phenomenon.

8. There is alarm before it works, to remind the surrounding people .

2. The overflow valve in the hydraulic pump.

To make extra oil through in the system This valve back to spill tank. So it is also called the relief valve.

3 Steel wire rope 

Considering on the safety, When lift platform due to improper operation or a sudden drop, the wire rope can prevent lift platform to drop. The safety can be ensured 

4 The machine is installed with emergency decline device.
