       QDH series of stone calibrating machine are designed to meet the need of the current developing state of Chinese decorating stone line. Now, 95% of the enterprises chose the traditional processing method:  divide the coarse stone into stone tiles by brand saw, then, polish the tiles by hand-controlling polishing machine, at last, cut down the tiles. The tiles will not be even because the brand saw cannot make the tile in the same height and the milling head of hand-controlling polishing machine can only move along the surface of the tile. Though the multi-head polishing machine is perfect to solve this problem, yet the price is too high. QDH series of calibrating machine is one of the right choice to solve the problem,either , by changing the traditional processing method into a new one: divide the coarse stone into stone tiles by brand saw, calibrate the tile by calibrating machine, then, polish the tiles by hand-controlling polishing machine, at last, cut down the tiles.

The surface of the tile will be smooth and even via this simple adjustment.
