Description:

    Coal briquette machine( coal rods extruder machine) uses the principle of screw extrusion.It is a kind of coal-rods moulding machine which will compress the modulated coal power into a certain intensity cylinder or plum flower shapes .
    Coal rods extruder is a main equipment in the system of fuel molding section, it will extrude the fuel coal into a certain intensity coal rods (shape according to requirements), it is a new technology used to replace coal. It can make full use of power coal in order to lower fuel costs.

This machine adopts the variable pitch impeller, which will put forward the power coal strongly in the back of the cylinder body, After coal power in the barrel volume is compressed , the power coal is extruded through the front head and forms coal rods. There are many kinds of round hole shape ,so there are many kinds of  coal rods.Then in the process of going forward, coal rods are natural broken off by gravity

 

Structure characteristics:

 

(1) feed screw has a long lead and fast feed; promoting spiral has a short lead, save 

 

   power.

 

(2) axis bed and cylinder block are with rigidity connection,so the machine is very

 

    stable.   

 

(3) sealed part uses the faultage structure, and feculence leaves out from the faultage.
