Externally Braced Water Tank Features

1. Light weight, its density is 1.5-1.9, equals one forth of the steel, but its strength is higher.

2. Corrosion resistant, we can select different kind of resin against the variety of the media, such as acid, alkaline, salt and oil etc.

3. The inner surface is very smooth, the roughness coefficient is 0.0084, it is easier to clean, and has good sanitary property.

4. Good property against low temperature, it can be used under the condition of -80

5. Good thermal insulation property, its thermal expansion factor is 2*10-5/, the thermal conductivity is 0.2 Kcal.m/m2.h.

6. The formation is easy, maintenance is convenient and it is suitable for the comprehensive equipment, the diameter is more than 4000mm can be fabricated at the jobsite.

Externally Braced Water Tank Assembly

Step 1. Install steel footings on leveled concrete foundations.
Step 2. Align GRP panels to be pre-assembled.
Step 3. Place rubber sealant from ready-to-use roll between panels.
Step 4. Connect panels with bolts and nuts.
Step 5. Position bottom panel sections, and finish up base of tank.
Step 6. Position three sides of the tank. 
Step 7. Position and fix top panels and if required, top support pipes and plates.
Step 8. Install reinforcement if required.
Step 9. Close up the tank with the fourth side.
Step 10. Finish the internal or external reinforcement.
Step 11. Fill and test.
