1.XGJ-6 Fully Automatic High Speed  Cap  Screw  Machine  is mainly  used  in  medicine,  pesticide,  foods,  and cosmetic  industry and so on.

2.This machine should be used connecting with other packaging machinery. 

3.The cap height should be less than cap diameter, or it could only add the cap. In order to better using effect, the distance between thread inside and cap mouth is about 3mm.

4.We install the machine according to user's special request.

A: It used to adjust the height of the clip bottle’s strap. To tight it when screw it clockwise ; to loose it when screw it counterclockwise 

 

B: The handwheel 1 is used to control roller a, the a is use to keep the cap steady.

 

   The handwheel 2 is used to control roller b, the b is use to keep the cap tight 

 

   The handwheel 3 is used to control roller c, the roller c and the b are go together with each other, if the b scre w the cap too tight, the c can adjust it a little looser; if screw the cap too looser, the c will adjust it a littler tighter.

 

C: Handwheel is used to control the elasticity of the clip bottle’s strap, screw it clockwise, the bottle is clipped more tighter, counterclockwise it, the bottle is clipped more looser.Attation: Never adjust the strap too tight.

 

D: Big handwheel can adjust the height of the cap screw machine Attention : never adjust the bottle’s strap too tight
