Tank Calibration System Made In China/High Accuracy Digital Tank Capacity Table Calibrating Machine /Fuel Tank Calibrator

Working Principle 

(1)Combining the input/outputting variable from the calibration intellectual controller, the changeable data of oil level from the liquidometer and the oil temperature together, then get the real tank table through computer calculation.

(2)In the whole system, the calibration intellectual controller is used to control the inputing/outputing oil variable, transfer the data to the computer accordingly and backup the data into the memory card of the intellectual controller.

(3)The liquidometer is used to reveal the change of the oil level height and the oil temperature in tank and transfer the data to the controller.

(4)Anti-explosion oil-well pump is to transfer the oil into oil tank or tank truck into the metering pump for measure the oil volume.

(5)The metering pump group is the key part for this system. Except measuring the oil volume accurately, the circuit controller is equipped in the anti-explosion box for achieving the foundations like long-distance control, data collection and transfer.

(6) The computer system is used to collect the data received from the intellectual controller in time, analyze and calculate the data, eliminate the changeable data emerging when draining/extracting oil by special arithmetic and balance the temperature between the oil in pipeline and the oil in tank. Meanwhile, the computer will stock the effective data( liquid level, according volume) into the data base. After calibration, the tank table will be printed by the attached printer

(3)Flexible configuration, the apparatus can be connected with the computer. Then, the operations like monitoring the status of calibration machine or printing the tank table can be done indoor. You can choose not to connect with the computer, then we can check the status from the control panel of the calibration machine in time. After operation, the data in the memory card can be copied to computer, and create the tank table through system software.

(5)The flow meter accuracy can be calibrated and fine adjusted for avoiding the errors after long-time usage.

(6)Data base can backup automatically. After data gathering, the data base will backup automatically in the folder named "history data" under the system installation path so that the operator can be renewed and revised.
