“Virtual Simulation Training Software of Passat Automatic Transmission Disassembly and Assembly”, running on Windows, simulates the dismounting and assembly of parts and components with combination of 3D techniques and virtual simulations. All auto parts and components are industrially modeled in scale of 1:1. The system has three modes which are teaching, training and testing which conducting its corresponding function.
This system is fit for all colleges and secondary schools as well as breakdown service training schools that set up major of auto fix.

Software Composition
It could truly simulate the Passat Automatic transmission disassembly and assembly. It includes modules of
dismounting workshop, tool kit, spare parts kit, result submitting and information tips. The system has teaching,
training and testing modes which conducting its corresponding function.
Teaching version emphasizes dismounting procedure and recognition of all parts and components. The “Next Step” and “Auto-play” function allow the display of standard procedure of the auto parts and components dismounting.
In training version, users have to operate step by step according to the system’s messages, which reinforces their
memory of dismounting steps and using tools to master the correct procedure after several times of training.
Testing version is used to test users whether they have mastered the procedure.

The system shall run on Windows7/8/8.1/10 System with Xingke encryption lock, out of which will fail to operate.
Taken Volkswagen 01V(5HP-19) automatic transmission as the prototype, it is industrially modeled in scale of 1:1. It simulates the dismounting and assembly of the automotive’ parts and components with combination of 3D techniques and virtual simulations.
The training scene adopts 3D real-time rendering which allows rotation, zooming in & out of auto model.
It has viewpoint control which can rotate 360 degrees and move up, down, left and right by using mouse and keyboard.
The tool kit contains common tools, dedicated tools and special tools, by combination of which users can dismount and assembly all parts and components of the vehicle.
Spare part kit can display components in 360 degrees.
In the teaching mode, it can auto-play dismounting procedure and manual dismounting.
In the training mode, users need to dismount the auto parts and components in strict accordance with the instructions.
