Main configuration:

Tower tank (reboiler), tower section, tower head (condenser), dosage bunker, product tank, distributor, flowmeter, charge pump, pipelines, valve, temperature control instrument, pressure instrument, experiment bench and control panel, etc.

Technical parameters:

1. Tower tank: volume about 8L (customer designed is available), made of stainless steel, internally installed electrical heating, total heating power 2*1000w.

2. Tower section: all tower adopts high quality stainless steel, tower diameter: φ50mm, plate number: 12 pieces, distance between plates: 115mm, aperture: φ2.5mm, aperture ratio: 10%.

3. Tower head: in-built coiled pipe metallic condenser, heat exchange tube diameter: φ12mm, wall thickness: 1mm, heat exchange area: 0.12m².

4. Dosage bunker: Volume about 12L, PVC material, organic glass material or stainless steel material (can select according rectifying material).

5. Product tank: volume about 12L, PVC material, organic glass material or stainless steel material (can select according rectifying material).

6. Distributor: refined made of stainless steel material, together with two fluid flowmeters constitute reflux ratio control system.

7. Charge pum: stainless steel mini booster pump, flow: 0.4m³/h, lift: 8m, power: 120W, voltage: 220V.

8. Device output: for example, ethanol, feed composition: 15-35%, tower top distillate’s constitution: 90-98%, about 4L/H.

9. Experiment bench as 304 high quality stainless steel, compact structure, beautiful appearance, simple procedure, easily operated.
