PLC Training Equipment/PLC Training kit /XKPLC-TJ1 for Vocational Training

The device adopts hanging boxes structure, consists of power supply module, PLC module, analog input module, sky tower light module, traffic light and 7-segment nixie tube module, mail automatic sorting module, water tower level control module, many kinds liquid mixing module, automatic material delivery and loading module, vehicle material delivery module, washing machine control module, 4-layer elevator module and related accessories. The hanging boxes are easy to be changed which is very convenient to organize all kinds of training project and easy to upgrade, can realize PLC programming instructions learning and training, PLC typical project training and etc.

Power supply module: size 250mm*150mm, consists of main power supply indicator lamps, power supply indicator lamps, 2P air switch(with leakage protection) and power supply output jacks. It is used for providing single-phase AC220V power supply for the whole device, the power supply output adopts 4mm banana socket.

PLC module: size 250mm*300mm, consists of PLC host, power supply input jacks(4mm banana socket), power supply switch, PLC input and output interface are all lead out to the 2mm jacks, PLC has 24-way on-off inputs(DC24V),16-way relay output , PLC can be selected from the brands of Siemens, AB, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron and etc.

Analog input module:size 250mm*150mm, consists of 2 red buttons, 2 yellow button, 2 green button, 2 knob switches, 1 emergency button

Sky tower light module: size 250mm*150mm, through “sky tower light” programming control, to practice how to use the timer instructions, comparison instructions, move instructions and so on.

Traffic lights and 7-segment nixie tube module: size:250mm*150mm, through “traffic lights” programming control, to practice how to use the timer instructions, comparison instructions and so on, through “four-group responder” programming control, to practice the 7-segment nixie tube display programming method and self-locking and interlocking circuit programming method.

Mail automatic sorting module: size 250mm*150mm, through” mail automatic sorting” programming control, to practice the numeric operational instructions, comparison instructions programming method and 8421 dial switch usage method.

Water tower level control module:size 250mm*150mm, through “water tower level” programming control to practice logical control instructions programming method.

Many kinds liquid mixing module: size 250mm*150mm: through controlling different liquid proportions and liquid stirring time when mixing in the “ liquid mixing device” to master conditional judgment instructions and all kinds of timer instructions programming method

Automatic material delivery and loading module: size 250mm*150mm, through controlling conveyor start and stop, conveyor state and the material delivery direction in the automatic delivery and loading system to practice much more complicated logical control instructions programming method.

Vehicle material delivery module: size 250mm*150mm, through controlling the vehicle delivering the material back and forth to practice stepping instructions(sequence control relay instructions)programming method and the stepping programming method.

Washing machine control module:size 250mm*150mm, through the washing machine water in and out time and washing process to master the comprehensive application abilities of many I/O PLC controlling the system

4-layer elevator module: size 250mm*150mm, through comprehensively controlling a whole 4-layer elevator module, to initially master PLC control system analysis, I/O distribution, designing I/O wiring diagram, wiring, programming, adjusting and other working process knowledge
