1.Why  is  our  price  of  website  not  the  same  as  the  real  price?  

Answer: one style can been made by different materials, therefore the real price depended on materials, quantity and exchange rate, etc. Price is floating, so prices are subject to our final confirmation. 
2. Do you have stocks? Can you accept retail? What is your MOQ? 

Answer: We do not have many stocks. And we accept retail. But retail price is higher than large quantity. Our MOQ is 25pcs each style/color/size.  
3. What is your policy of sample fee?
 Answer: If you want to get our similar sample, it is free for you .If it need to custom cap as your design, you need pay sample fee in advance. But we will refund it to you after place the order.

4. Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?
Answer: Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample hats for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample cap, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours.

5.  Can I order custom hats with my own design & logo?
Answer: Definitely yes.
