Drum chipper is the professional equipment for production of wood chips, can cut logs, wood branches, slab, waste veneer, bamboo, cotton stalks and other non-wood fiber rod stems into a certain size flakes . It is the first choice of equipment in the production of preparation session for other industrials and wood chips manufacturer to manufacture particleboard, fiberboard, plywood, pulp and paper. Similarly to bio-power plants and wood chip factories.

 

Drum chipper machine produced by our plant, consisting of the base, knife roll up and down feed roller conveyor, hydraulic systems and other components. Base with a high degree of welded steel plate is supported by the foundation of the whole machine. The blade roll with two or three, four knifes. Flying bolt with specially    manufactured through pressure block, fixing the knife on the blade roll. According to the thickness of the material, the feed roller assembly can make use of the hydraulic system to fluctuate within a certain range. The qualified flakes which are cut down, falling through the screen holes, discharged from the bottom. Large flakes will be re-cutting in   the machine. Hydraulic system: From the oil pump to the fuel tank, can start the cover, which is   convenient to replace blades. The feed roller assembly can be lifted when in maintenance, which is easy to adjust the knife, the knife gap and comb bottom plate disassembly.

 

Drum chipper has advanced structure, high quality cutting of flakes, high adaptability of raw materials, easy operation and maintenance. The main raw material of cutting is small trees, timber harvesting, processing residues (such as branches, twigs, paper plates, planks, core logs, veneer waste, etc.). Also be used to cut non-wood raw materials (such as sugar cane, reed, bamboo, etc.).

 

After cutting wood, drum chipper has a directly transportation. Host and the feeding system to achieve integrated design, solving the question of original out-feed conveyor is not easy to install and adjust in the machine. While effectively solve the leakage problems, for the match between the host and material  feeding device is not tight. The base of main motor is connected to the frame, also eliminates the production of the main motor of the foundation. At the  output end of the host material, setting second conveyor belt .After cutting chips may be fed to a position farther or higher. Currently, free foundation- type devices are: BX-215/216/218 other models, specific advantages are as follows:

• (4)Flexible and convenient: Because no installation in the machine, installation and commissioning of the equipment is very simple, greatly improves the speed and flexibility of installation. Because it has the feeding device of band two, the user can change the direction of the material according to the needs and be flexible to use.
