PVC Sole Injection Moulding Machine JL-105
Main Features:
1. The machine is used to produce various kinds of one color outsoles for sport shoes, leisure shoes, slippers, sandals, man's and lady's shoes in general, etc.
2. It is sitable for all kinds of thermoplastic raw materials, foaming or non-foaming, such as PVC and TPR.
3. Machine Operation is controlled by full automatic computer and PLC, saving labour and imporving productivity.
4. The oil and electric circuit is controlled independent to produce the waiting time, product fast.
5. The injection volume of each station can be setted independent. It can use different moulds at the same machine. It save the time of mould-change and extends the cooling time.
