1.Strip and Wire Surfacing Machine

   The whole control system adopts the intelligent human-machine interface(touch screen ) ,PLC control,welding current,voltage,welding speed and offered by digital display,and can be preset. This machine with surfacing weliding on one head,and gas shieled welding on the other head. The welding manipulator can realize linked operation with positioner,also it can operate separately. It has advantages such as convenient operation,forming beautiful,high production efficiency.It is widely used in the welding of flange,inside and outside of tank,plate,roller and so on.

2.Roll Surfacing Welding Machine

   The roll is commonly cylindrical appearance. It takes spiral welding method to ensure the surfacing layer. During the welding process,the main drive system delivers the spindle,then the roller rotating via the spindle. The welding torch can move along roller axial direction,and Archimedes spiral surfacing layer formed on the roller surface. Because of the width of weld bead,there is a certain overlay between each weld pass. Finally sufficient hardness,high temperature wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance surfacing layer formed on the surface of workpiece.

3.Board Surfacing Welding Machine

   This welding machine is used to special metal(wear-resisting) plate for plane surfacing welding. This control system can autmatically finish the welding,after input the procedure in it. Once press the button to start the welding,the water was sprinkled to cool the workpiece at the same time.After the success of the arc starting,sensor will send the arc signal to the CNC system,CNC system send an instruction to the lateral motor, then the motor moving at a constant rate,the deflection device drives the welding torch,automatically complete the whole welding process.

4.CNC Pipe Surfacing Welding Machine

This equipment is mainly used for automatic surfacing welding of pipe inner walls and flange end. It is composed of roller type welding machine,adjustable pipe support,CNC system,surfacing welding power etc. Spiral surfacing welding or move once a circle surfacing welding process,etc.
