This dresser are used for profile dressing of a grinding wheel. For radious dressing gear grinder this tool is used. Also used on machine such as diaform akuform matrix etc.
Dressing & truing purpose of grinding wheel the single point diamond dresser is used. Quality & size of diamond is depending on wheel diameter & width.
Manufactured by sintering selected diamond particles with metal matrix
This dresser are used in center less, surface grinding machines. This tool is more economical because of their low initial cost & their resistance to shock & impact which prevents shattering.
Manufactured by brazing Poly-crystalline diamonds.
Instrustion for use
1. Before operating, the diamond dresser’s specifications must be in accordance with the size and performance of the grinding wheels.
2. Please align the angle before using, the distance is less than or equal to 0.5mm. Slowly forward and not to be fast in order to avoid the damage.
3. Natural diamond is hard, please avoid the collision, otherwise it will be damaged.
