From the filling, capping, packing to the palletizing, we can set a whole line as you require and the main parts will be manufactured by our factory, and the other supporting equipment will be supplied by our cooperating factories.

6. What should I do when there is some fault in the machine?

       We will attach an instruction about how to use and maintain the machine. And in case that we send you a technical persona, he also will train your employees for making good advantage of the machine.

        If there is some fault in the machine, you can first correct and regulate it according to the instruction. If the problem is too difficult to be solved by yourself, you can contact us and we will consult it to our technical and will give you a reply within 24 hours.

       If there are some parts broken o damaged, during the guarantee time, we will send you the spare parts or components for free. And in case that the guarantee is expired, we sell you these parts at a cost price.
