EVA PVC veneer profile coating wrapping machine

This profile wrapping machine is for wood veneer, paper wrapping with hot glue or EVA glue. The heating bucket and heating box applicate for hot roller and pre-heating, melt the solid glue quickly. and the volume of adhesive can be adjusted. Customers can choose trimmer device for lateral veneer surplus cutting.

1. Solvent glue (cold glue) is used for PVC sector. It is the oldest wrapping technology and generally it is preferred by producers who has low capacity.

2. EVA glue (hotmelt glue) is used for wood sector. It is special machine for door frame producers. Because wrapping of the natural wood is so hard process and this machine is designed for natural wood wrapping.

3.PUR glue is used in all sectors. It is the newest system in wrapping sector. Producers can cover PVC and wood in this system.
