Water-resistance diazonium photogelatin

It is used for printing and dyeing, printing on textile, color dot-printing on T-shirt and so on. Photogelatin is made of water-based ink and water-based mucilage alftone.
 

Using method

 

1.Prepare photogelatin Composition of photogelatin

 

photogelatin1000g+ diazonium photosensitizer 8-10g+water 50-100ml.

2.Process:

• Pour 8-10g of diazonium photosensitizer powder into 50-100ml water and mix them uniformly;
• Pour the uniformly mixed solution into 1000g photogelatin, then mix them uniformly;
• Lay it aside for 2-3 hours until froths have disappeared, then it can be taken in use.

3. Key points

• The amount of water should be according to the viscosity requirement of screen;
• The diazonium photosensitizer powder must be dissolved completely before pouring the photogelatin;
• Mix them in clockwise direction to avoid producing forth.

4. Attention

•  Guarantee period of photogelatin before being prepared is one year; and the optimum life of prepared photogelatin is about15 days, it can be kept for two months or more under low temp.
• Prepare the liquid following the ratio of diazonium photogelatin and diazonium photosensitizer according to need to avoid wasting.
• Please prepare the photogelatin in dark environment or under red light. Operating under sunlight is forbidden.
