Before sue, please take out the insulator.                    

Press ”ADJ” to choose two different calculation

Methods between “KM KG CM” and “MI LB IN”,                 

then press “SET” to confirm selection and enter into                            

time display state.

 1.Time display                                                                                                        

In time display state press “SET”

for about 2 secondsto set

12hour/24hour,

Use “ADJ” for selecting. 

2.Then, press “ SET” to set hour-minute, use “ ADJ” to adjust the right time.

3.Pedometer & Calorie

In time display state, press “MODE” for two times,

calorie and step will display on screen.

Press “ADJ” for about 2 seconds to clear the

records of calorie and step.

Press “SET” for about 2 seconds to set your

weight, use “ADJ” to adjust the right number.

 4.Distance

In time display state, press “MODE” for three          

times, distance and step will appear on

screen. Press “ADJ” for about 2 seconds to

clear the records of distance and step.

 Press “SET” for about 2 seconds to set your              

step, use “ADJ” to select the right size of your step.

5.Twinkling alarm signal

• Press “LED” to turn on/off the alarm signal if needed.

6.Fm scan radio

• Use “VOL” to turn on/up the radio.
• Press “RESET” to zero.
• Press “SCAN” to select the frequency you like.

Remark:

1. Battery: LR43-AG12x4pcs( three for radio and alarm signal, the other one for pedometer)
2. Please change new batteries when the alarm signal does not work or the radio sound is no cleat.
