4.Factory state:Hot rolled or forged. Annealed hardness ≤ 207. Black surface or as your requirement.

 

5.Characteristic: Is the most commonly used alloy structural steel, tensile strength, yield strength the steel hardenability than 40 high.

 

6.Application: Used in the manufacture of mechanical parts to withstand medium-load and medium-speed work. After quenching and low temperature tempering for manufacturing withstand heavy-duty, low-impact and abrasion resistance, the entities cross section thickness less than 25mm of parts. After quenching and tempering and the high-frequency surface hardening for manufacturing parts having a high surface hardness and abrasion resistance without a great impact.

 

7.Process flow: Electric arc furnace melting→Refining furnace → Vacuum treatment furnace → Cast ingot → Steel ingot anneal → Heating → High-speed forging,refining forging → Anneal,retarded cooling,air cooling → Quenching and tempering tretment → Finishing operation → Text → Finished products
