3)rinse the food warmer  with warm  water or washing up liquid before  the first  use or if it has not been used  for some time.To achieve the best  heat retention ,pre-heat the food warmer with hot water  before putting the hot contents.

4)cleaning

Using warm water and washing up liquid,clean the food warmer with soft sponge after use, removing all trace of food, do not immerse in water,do no use in a dish-washer.

5)caution

do not crush  or impact the food warmer suddenly, to avoid the warmer to be out of shape.

do not put the food warmer directly on the fire source,the induction cooker of the microwave.
