Brief:

     RQ3 series pit type muffle furnace is new type and energy-saving batch type furnace,working temperature is 950℃,using the following heat treatment,carburizing, nitriding and carbonitriding, the workpiece is vertically loaded in furnace tank for heating,not easy to deformation. Pit type furnace is usually placed under the ground plane in the workshop, also is placed above the ground plane, or ground level fluctuation in each half.

Application field:

   Mainly used for rod and long axis steel mechanical parts.

Structure:

This furnaceis mainly composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating device, muffle tank, loading frame, the furnace cover, and furnace cover lifting mechanism.,etc. Furnace body is cylindrical deep well.
