This series box type mini electric furnace(also called muffle furnace) is batch type resistance furnace, can be used for industrial and mining enterprises, research institutes, colleges and universities laboratory for chemical analysis, physical measurementand small steel parts heat treatment,can be equipped with KSW or DRZ temperature controller and nickel chrome,nickel silicon thermocouple to measurement indicators, and the automatic control of furnace temperature.

Structure

1.Furnace shell is welded by steel plate, heating element material is aludirome,heat preservation material is high quality aluminium silicate fiber.

2.Control system is microcomputer PID, can also install intelligent temperature control instrument, be free to set 50 raising temperature curves, high precise of temperature control, raise temperature ccording to the program.With the function  of temperature control, and over-temperature alarm.
