We offer the 1 month free replacement.  Buyers may request for a replacement within 10 days from your receipt of the product. The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return.(excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt).

We also provide 12 month free maintenance.  The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return.  If any part is required to be replaced, the buyer should also pay for the costs of the parts to be replaced. You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. We do not repair or replace items with an expored warranty.

Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistics method with us. After you give the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number.  As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

Please contact us before leaving any negative or neutral feedback. We will work with you to solve any problems.

1.You have 7 days to contact us and within 10 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement.There are NO EXCEPTIONS!

2.The buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return .

3.We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from Aliexpress. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.

4.If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund.  The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
