Fried fresh potatoes chips line

Introduction of potato processing line machine:

l  Potato processing automatic can wash and peel the potato at the same time,  potato/sweet potato/carrots/taro/ginger into slice, strips, chips.

l  Potato chips, French fries production line technological process: elevator feed - cleaning peeling - picking - elevator feed - slicing /bar - blanching (protecting color) - dehydration - frying-  deoil  - seasoning - packaging.

l  The equipment adjustment process can make fried frozen fries. This set of equipment material for 304 stainless steel, high output, less manpower, equipment installation and debugging .

Equipment layout

Equipments profile:

1.     Feeding machine or hoisting machine.

Used to lift fresh potatoes into washing machine.

The conveyor belt can be plastic or stainless steel for choice.

Belt width normally 600mm or 800mm.

Frame of the conveyor is 2mm stainless steel

Supporting legs are 50*50mm stainless steel square pipes

All stainless steel used is 304SS.

2.     Washing and peeling machine

 This machine is used to wash out mud, soil out from potatoes.

 Brush model

 Remove potatoes skin at same time of washing.

 Brush is hard and strong.

Automatic outlet of potatoes.

Spraying water device at top of the machine.

All Steel used for this machine is by 304SS

Machine body plate is 2mm thickness.

3.Inspection conveyor

 Used to detect out the potatoes that are rotting

Conveyor belt can be white PVC belt or stainless steel belt.

Supporting legs are 50*50 square pipes.

Side plate: 2mm thickness.

All steel are 304SS.

4. Silo

For potatoes storage temporarily

This is used for large capacity line, for small and medium line, can add silo on conveyor or at the end the sorting conveyor.

5,Elevating machine

 Delivery potatoes for next processing.

Belt width 600mm or 800mm

Belt can be PVC or stainless steel.

Side plate and supporting legs are made 304SS Stainless steel, thickness 2mm. 

6,Slicing machine

 Used to make potatoes into bars or flakes model.

Works speed 300times/minute

Thickness of flakes or bars: 0.5-7mm

Work model: Continuous.

7,Blanching machine

l  used to dehydrate water in potato bars or chips itself.

l  the Blancher is made of 304 good quality stainless steel,which is durable and meet the food hygienic standard.

l  The potato chips or other materials will be beautiful color with this blancher.

l  It is easy to operate and the output is high.

l  It is installed automatic temperature control device, double insulation material,the temperature is adjustable 0-300℃ it is currently the most advanced food, vegetable blanching equipment.

l  Work speed: adjusted

l  Heating method: Steam heating or as need, Auto temperature control.

l  With temperature control cover on top.

l  Materials: Stainless steel.

l  Machine body: 2mm thickness, outer shell 1mm thickness. Insulation layer between machine body and outer shell is Aluminum silicate panel or as need.

l  Belt supporting is made by 2.5mm stainless steel plate.

8,Heating machine

 Can be by Power , steam and Gas

9,Dehydrating system

l  Used to remove water.Also have many holes at the end of machine to leak out small part and waste part potato.

l  Belt form: spiral belt.

l  Belt speed control: variable frequency control.

l  Belt and belt bracket Material: Stainless steel 304.

l  Belt bracket leak-proof baffles prevent product leave out from cracks in the chain.

l  Axial fans on the top of the machine to blow out the water at surface of potato flakes or bars.

l  With water trays at bottom of machine.

10,Oil frying machine

l  Potato Frying Machine is oil-water mixture frying machine, water temperature and oil temperature is automatically control.

l  Potato Frying Machine adopts principle “water-oil separator”, the oil is above,

l  the water is below which can keep the oil clean and continuous to use.

l  Potato Frying Machine adopts the newest and the most advanced technology in China

l  Full stainless steel made, Can fry all kinds of foods without the Taint of odor.

l  Electricity saving is 40%, oil saving is 50%.

l  Supporting frame and oil drainage cover can up and down automatically.

l  Space between two mesh layers is 30~50mm.

(4) Fumes Extractor

l  Cover is made by 1.5mm stainless steel plate.

l  Cover and fumes pipes are with water drainage device.

l  Extractor pipes: 2pcs, made of 304stainless steel.

l  End of pipes with fan.

(5)Lifting part

l  Lifting by chains, when lifting, auto cutting power of heat tubes.

l  Can lift separately of fumes cover or lift fumes cover with mesh belt supporting.

l  Heat tubes are made by 304SS.

(7) Scraping residue part

l  Used to remove the residue at bottom of oven.

l  Residue belt speed can be adjusted according to the residue quantity.

l  Residue belt is made by stainless steel.

l  One trays is installed for receiving residues.

(7) Filter part

l  Filter plate is installed at outlet hole.

l  One set of pump, oil pipes and valves are stainless steel

l  Outer installed circling filter system.

l  1.5cubic tank for oil storage, bottom is cone model, heated by coiled pipe with steam.

(9) Power control

l  Cabinets are made stainless steel.

l  Temperature controller, inverter, sensors are China made.

l  Leakage and overload protection 

15,Seasoning machine 

l  Feeding system adopts hoister to convey materials.

l  Flavoring material adopts screw fixed conveying, advanced flavoring system

l  guarantee flavored evenly, speed of screw are adjustable.

l  Rotary roller adopts complete molding without dead angle.

l  Adopts imported oil spray nozzle, oil amount adjustable, spray evenly, adopt the electricity heating tank, pump transport oil.
