Description

Mica heater is mainly used in (1) plastic injection moulding machine, (2) the heating part of the machine head of hollow shaping machine, and (3) the heating system of extrusion machine. The operating temperature can reach up to 350°C. Its characteristic features include compactness in size, fast speed of heating, well designed in shape and excellent heat exchange capability. It is an indispensable heating element in the rubber and plastics industries worldwide. The maximum surface loading rate is 6.5 W/sqcm.
