4. If you send us the image (format is CRD or AI) that you want to print on the cups, we can process the image, make the prinitng plate and print cup samples for you for free.

5. When you visit our factory for product acceptance, we can teach you how to make the plate on the computer with software CorelDRAW for free.

5. Q: What about the delivery?

A: Delivery time is 2 months after we received the advance payment, but the delivery will change based on our production situation.
