Instructions for use
1. Fitting and centering
Shaft centering accuracy
Make sure to use a flexible coupling. Adjust the shaft so that it has an eccentricity with

its counterpart shaft of within 0.2 TIR and an angle error of within ±1 degree
Fitting and positioning the pump
Make sure the mount for mounting the pump and motor is sufficiently rigid,

and fit the pump horizontally. Additionally, employ a vibration-proof structure so that

the mount's overall vibrations are absorbed as much as possible
2. Suction pressure
On the suction side (port entrance), suction pressure should be within between -0.02 and +0.03

MPa. (Upon a low temperature start with no load, it should be within -0.05 MPa).

However,a suction pipe should be selected, and kept as straight as possible to keep time short.

3. Contamination prevention
Use a suction filter between 150 (100μ) and 200 (70μ) mesh. In addition,

in order to safeguard the hydraulic apparatus, use a 20μm (nominal) return filter or such,

and remove contaminants. The level of contamination of the hydraulic fluid within

the tank must be controlled and constantly kept at NAS level 1
4. Controlling the hydraulic fluid

Use hydraulic fluid with an ISO viscosity of between VG32 and VG68.

The recommended viscosity is between 20 and 60 c St(mm2/s),

but a range of between 10 and 400cSt(mm2/s) can be used at times with a load

The temperature range for general use is between 0 and 80℃.

Temporary use at temperatures from -20 to +100℃ is also possible

Tests are carried out on all pumps.
