4,maintain, and adjusting.

4-1,If chief axis of the head loosen, we could fasten the nuts of lacking for the bearings, it should have a certain space, could run smoothly, no heating, please check spring of rear stand, to be sure the spring could press the materials tightly, or the materials could fly away.

4-2,If the conical shape is not right, please adjust the screw on the back.

4-3,If cutting head or rear stand loosen, please rotate the fasten parts and screw.

4-4,Please check the grinder frequently, it should be no fissure, no loosen, and no welds loosen for protection cover. Or the grinder will broke when working.

4-5,The box of controlling should have earth wire.

5,operation

5-1,Fasten the rear stand on the place where the working materials needs.

5-2,Place working material, and fasten it.

5-3,Adjust the stop place for stopping cube.

5-4,Start cutting head and dust absorption machine

5-5,Start cutting head motor, hand rotating to send the grinder for first cutting.

5-6,Start auto running on the plat form, after reach the size of working materials, quit the grinder.

5-7,Stop the operation on the plat form, and stop the general switch.

5-8,Clear dust, change working material.
