Q. What is your MOQ? How about your delivery lead time?

A: Usually our MOQ is 3000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

Q: Can I Get samples? How long is the lead time of the samples?

A: Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Sampls charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.
If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new silk-screen printing, laser engraving, etc.

Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

A: We have our own designer in house. JPG, AI,CDR or PDF are all ok.
We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.

Q: How many colors are available? Which kinds of Certificate would you have?

A: PMS colors. Tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match it.
    We have FDA, LFGB, REACH certificate.
