Ring cutter is a special equipment to cut and separate the bead ring, the sidewall and crown of waste tires, which is the first process of treating waste tires.

Strip cutter is a special equipment to cut the sidewall and the crown of waste tires into rubber stripes with a certain width, and the width is adjustable, which is the second process of treating waste tires.

 Block cutter is utilized to process the rubber stripes into rubber blocks with a certain size, which is good for latter production and improving work efficiency. It is generally used along with bar cutter, and it is essential equipment for waste tires processing.

 Bead wire separator is mainly used to separate the rubber and bead ring of the steel rings in various tires to get a complete bead ring.

This machine is mainly used to crush the rubber blocks into 5-28 mesh rubber powder

This machine is used to separte the fiber , steel out from the rubber powder
