Frying Machine YZ-II

Introduction

The machine is mainly made of stainless steel SUS304.   Continues automatic fryer consist of: belt conveying system, automatic rising system, automatic filter system, automatic oil temperature controlling system, oil adding system and heating system. It can adopt coal, gas, diesel oil, galvanothermy etc. heating ways, actualize industrialization automatically producing. It applies to frying inflating snack food, flour made food, meat etc.

YZ-II frying machine is used for frying chicken, fish,duck,pork ribs,lamb, meatball, bakemeat etc. This machine is equipped with stainless steel wire belt(the loading part is plate belt), stepless speed regulation, Residue outlet belt, automatic oil temperature control and a frying oil circulation-filtering system. The top cover and the support can be lifted. Options such as oil level control, co2 fire extinguisher, oil filter and oil tank are available too.

Features

It is arranged in a high-low oil temperature structure, effectively avoiding burning and carbonizing of residue when depositing on the pot bottom, thus extending the machine service life.

It is provided with an intelligent temperature controller with digital display for accurate automatic temperature control and adding good-looking.

It is equipped with imported burner technology, enabling quick temperature rise and suitable for combustion of natural gas and liquefied gas etc.

It is provide with a pneumatic discharge device, adjustable in both lifting and lowering speeds, lessening the operator s labor intensity significantly.
