Washing & Peeling→ Cutting into slices or strips→ Blanching and color protection→ Dewatering→ Frying→ De-oiling→ Quick Freeze→ Packaging

Raw Material

Fresh potatoes, natural potatoes  and other root vegetable,such as sweet potatoes, purple, taro, cassava, etc and other fruits, such as banana.
