Quartz Tube & Sealing Flange

One quartz tube 100 OD x 94 IDx 640L mm (4" x 25") is included 

• Water cooled flanges are installed on two ends of tube with KF-25D vacuum port & pressure gauge as well as a 1/4" gas inlet port with SS needle valve

 12L/minute water flow is required, using a  recirculating water chiller to save water

Max. achievable vacuum level: 10E^-5 torr by molecular pump ( larger turbo pump at 2 middle pictures below

High Temperature Pressing Die Set (Optional)

• Two graphite pushing rods are built in. ( bottom left picture )

One set of 0.5" ID  graphite die are included for immediate use.

• The high temperature die kit is usually made of high purity graphite with max. working pressure of 50 MPa

The graphite pressing die gets broken easily and is consumable,

Mica spacers are used to adjust the height of die sets (while providing heat insulation).
