There are certain NonTriglyceride factors exsit in the crude oil, such as free fatty acid, water, suspended impurities, volatile matter, odors and etc. The oil refinery adopts the advanced technology to separate the impurities from oil, and then get the edible oil. The main function of this type oil refinery is to produce the high quality refined oil.

The main steps of crude vegetable oil refining machine :

1. The degumming. It use the hydration method.

2. The deacification. It use the Alkali refining method.

3. The decolorization. It use the white clay to absob the colouring materials.

How to use crude vegetable oil refining machine  :

1. Put into the crude oil from 1 to 15, then heat the crude oil to 70-90°C, then put into some NaOH and hot water to make the Acid value down 

2. Then wait about 10-20 minutes, then let the water come 2-3 away, then close 3

3. Then open 16 , then the oil will come from 2-4-5-8 into 19. When all the oil come from 15 into 19, then stop 16 and close 5, open 6

4. Put the bleaching earth into 21

5. Open 17, then the air will come from 6-7- 8 into 19, the air come into 19 , then the air will press the oil from 19-9-11-12 into 21, then the oil come out from 13

6. The oil come from 13 is the refined oil
