Ultrasonic Common Rail Diesel Injector Cleaner

Specifications

1. Power on ultrasonic generator with the AC current (220V) ±10% 50Hz; 

    2. Appropriately connect the ultrasonic generator to cleaning tank by cables and wires;  

    3. Ground the cleaning tank appropriately;  

    4. Put the work-pieces into the special work basket and then place the work basket into the cleaning tank. Please put in/take out the work-pieces with great care to avoid any strong collision with the cleaning tank; 

    5. The cleaner shall not start up before the cleaning solution is poured into the cleaning tank, submerges the transducer and overtop it by at least 50mm; with regard to the cleaning tank containing heating device, the minimum liquid level must submerge the heating tube and the cleaning tank must be kept horizontal; as to the cleaner with side-installed transducer, the cleaning solution must overtop the transducer, or the cleaner shall be damaged.      

6. After operation, it is required to turn off the functional buttons at first and then switch off the power supply in order to prevent loaded breaker from working.    

It is suggested to suspend the cleaner for 1-2 hours after a continual service for 12 hours in order to prolong service life of the cleaner.
