A: We are manufacturer and our factory locates in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang province, China. Welcome to visit.

Q: What's the regular MOQ for your product, and delivery time?

A: 10,000pcs for bolt/cable seal; 200pcs for barrier seal; 50,000pcs for other type seals. Delivery time usually need 15days. 

Q. Could I buy 1pc sample first, and how much for it?  

A: Yes, sample is ok and free of charge, but the shipping fees is paid by buyer. Shipping method: 

1). Arrange courier come to pick up from us; 

2). Tell us your courier account for us arrange here; 

3). If the two above methods not available for you, we could send on our account after getting the deserved money paid by Wester Union/Paypal/TT. Pls contact us for courier cost.  

Q. How long for the delivery of samples? and could I put my own logo on the sample? 

A: 24hours after shipping fees confirmed.

Yes, we can do custom logos on the samples by laser print mostly.

Q. What’s payment terms ? 

A: 30% as deposit, 70% before delivery by T/T, PayPal, Western Union. 

Q. Could you send me all your catalogue with price list? 

A: Yes, Please send us your inquiry by email, we can send you our catalogue with price list,but not all models,since there are too many models.

Q. What's lead time for bulk order?

A: Pls enquire us as it depends on quantity/print demands.   

Q:If we want to develop some new item, but maybe we just have some idea, how can youdo,  do you have person to design according to my concept?

A: Certainly, we have a professional designer team to help our customer dodesign work, and we can make new mold base on your idea, generally, if your quantity is more enough, we can refund the mold cost to you.
