Features:wear resistance,heat resistance,corrosion resistance,PC exclusive useProcessing technology:the base material is tempered,forged,processed and vacuum quenched till the whole hardness reaches HRC60-62 degree and return to HRC50-52,then become HRC60-62 by nitriding treatment.Depth of surface nitration is 0.7-0.8mm.
